    This site is based on an approach called LUCID, or Logical User Centered Interaction Design. Dr. Charles Kreitzberg of Cognetics Corporation developed it, and while there I was on the team that developed many of its planning materials, including worksheets on which this site is based. Its purpose is to help structure a project and come up with its schedule, scope, and budget. This reference is a starting point.
